Mr Anup, You can submit from 4th May onwards at the same branch. Documents required are Original Policy bond, a copy of PAN card, one cancelled cheque with policyholder's name printed on it. Please go to the branch with all these documents, They would give you the required forms. Fill and submit there itself. Dear Shivakumar, I had taken the policy in Bangalore on Jan 2000 while I was working there. Now I am in Chennai, my policy is maturing by Jan 2021. How shall I claim the Policy Maturity amount. Fyi, my address is still the old company address. I tried to contact the branch, but nobody is responding. Is there a way to update my Communication address? How to claim remotely? Please help.
I have closed loan. Approached LIC K G road branch code no. 604 to collect the policies. It's informed due to annual closing work it's not possible to give the policies. They have informed to give self addressed cover so that policies will be sent after annual closing work. But till this day I have not received the policies. Due to lock down I am not able to visit the office. I'm trying to contact through phone number available in the website but nobody is taking the call. Really I am fadeup.

After settlement we received original bond, along with one more bond I received by post, which is not related to us. Tell me how it needs to be collected. I am trying to trace your branch communication, I got this now Policy holder K V Shreekar.
