I have not received the annuity amount for the year 2020, when enquired they sent me a "certificate of existence" which i duly filled in and got it sealed and signed by LIC member of the agent club with reg number/code no, I had scanned the copy and sent to your mail Id. till now i have nether received acknowledgement nor the amount in my bank account.
I have not received the annuity amount for the year 2020, A/c no 061H0401012648. when enquired they sent me a certificate of existence, which i got it duly filled and signed by LIC member of the agent club, I had scanned the copy and sent to your mail ID, till now neither the acknowledgement nor the amount is transferred to my account in citi bank, which was the bank you have been transferring from past 12 yrs
I am G.Giriraj. With reference to Master policy No. GSCA / 3098, I would like to inform you that I haven't received the annuity of ₹ 1850/- in the month of April 2021. I usually use to get the annuity in the 1st week of every month.
When I called LIC call center on 022 6827 6827 , I was informed through IVRS that the latest annuity is paid on 25th February 2021, but I haven't received. (On Feb 1st, and March 1st I have received the annuity, but not in April)
Please let me have the office phone number also.
I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
